Oplix Go · iPhone, iPad, and Android
Oplix Go is the companion app for Oplix. It keeps an encrypted copy of exactly the data the signed-in role is allowed to see on the device, so a sales rep in a basement stockroom, a driver in a dead zone, or a warehouse worker behind a steel wall can keep working — and sync the moment they reconnect.
Oplix Go requires an active Oplix subscription and an account created by your company's administrator. It is not a standalone consumer app and cannot be used without an Oplix organization.

How it works
Totals shown offline are estimates. When the device syncs, the server recalculates pricing, tax, and commissions and assigns the real document number — so the field never quietly overrides the rules the office runs on.
The first sign-in and initial sync need a connection. The app pulls the catalog, your customers, and your recent work.
Read what's cached and capture new work with no connection at all. Everything you enter is queued locally.
Queued work uploads automatically. The server applies your business rules — order numbering, open-period checks, pricing, tax, and commission — and sends back the authoritative record.
If the server rejects or conflicts with something, it lands in the Sync inbox instead of disappearing. You decide how to fix it.

Security and privacy
Caching company data on personal and shared devices is the whole point of the app — and the whole risk. Here is how that risk is contained.
The local database is encrypted at rest, and the access token lives in the iOS Keychain or Android Keystore — never in plain app storage.
Optional biometric or device-passcode lock after inactivity, so a borrowed or unlocked phone doesn't expose your customer list.
Sync rules scope every record by organization and by role. A rep's device never receives the full company customer list or other organizations' data.
Only recent transactional data is cached on the device — not your entire order history.
An administrator can revoke a lost or stolen device; the app signs out and purges its local database on the next connection.
If a sync is rejected or conflicts with a server change, it appears in the Sync inbox with a reason and options to edit, retry, discard, or resolve.
What the app collects and how long it keeps it is described in the Privacy Policy. Use of the app is governed by the Oplix Go License Agreement and the Terms of Service.
