Your administrator
Account access, roles and permissions, invitations, and mobile device revocation are managed by your own organization's administrator inside Oplix.
Common questions
- I can't sign in
- Use the Forgot Password link on the sign-in page. If your account was deactivated or your invitation expired, your organization's administrator has to reactivate or re-invite you.
- Oplix Go isn't syncing
- Check the status bar in the app for Online / Synced. If it shows offline, confirm the device has a working connection. If it shows an error or your device was revoked by an administrator, sign in again after the administrator restores access.
- An order I entered offline didn't appear in the office
- Open the Sync tab in the mobile app. Rejected or conflicted uploads are listed there with a reason, and can be edited, retried, discarded, or resolved. Nothing is discarded silently.
- A module or page says we need to upgrade
- Module availability depends on your subscription plan. An administrator can review or change the plan under Settings → Subscription & Billing.
- I need to delete my account or our data
- See account and data deletion below.
Account and data deletion
Delete your own user account.Ask your organization's administrator to deactivate your account in Oplix (Administration → Users), or email admin@oplix.us from the address on the account and ask us to delete it. We verify the request before acting on it.
Delete data cached on a mobile device. Sign out of Oplix Go — signing out purges the encrypted local database and the stored credentials. Uninstalling the app also removes them. An administrator can revoke a lost device from Administration → Field Mobile, which wipes its local data on the next connection.
Delete an organization's data.An authorized administrator or owner of the organization may request deletion of the organization's account and business records by emailing admin@oplix.us. Export anything you need first — deletion is irreversible.
Some records are retained after deletion where we are required to keep them, such as billing and tax records, or where retention is necessary to resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
Reporting a security issue
If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in Oplix or Oplix Go, email admin@oplix.us with the subject line "Security" and enough detail to reproduce the issue. Please give us a reasonable opportunity to investigate and remediate before disclosing it publicly, and do not access, modify, or delete data that is not yours while testing.
